Guarantee and major issues
In case there is some serious problem with your handset or with any of our services and you wish to benefit from your guarantee rights, just ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). In case you’ve purchased your handset through an online shop or at a physical retailer, they will guide you in the process.
