Does Geeks'Phone offer me any kind of guarantee?

Geeks’Phone guarantees all its products against any design, manufacturing or working defects. According to the present European regulations all our products are guaranteed for 2 years after their acquisition (CE). Geeks’Phone will assess the reasons of any technical problem and will replace the damaged handset, if it is necessary, with a new and similar model or will repair it, if it’s possible, according to our technical assessment.

Geeks’Phone handsets are manufactured in prestigious factories, according to the highest international quality standards and, particularly, according to the strict European regulations and certifications. All our handsets have gone through severe quality control tests in our laboratory in order to ensure end-users’ satisfaction.

Are the Geeks'Phone handsets sim-unlocked?

Absolutely. It can work through any GSM operator, worldwide (except if its acquisition has been subsidized by a network operator which has a restricted policy).

Geeks’Phone guarantees the free distribution of its unlocked handsets through its web store as well as through distributors and associated MNVO (Mobile virtual Network Operators).
